The Role

Forget everything you think a recruitment role looks like. This is a highly visible, all-encompassing generalist talent role with the opportunity to shape how we attract, hire, and grow great people across the business.

We do things a little different to the traditional world of hotels. We're forward-thinking, fast-paced, and continually building for the future. Our P&C; team is also fully immersed in the ins and outs of our business, meaning that impact and value creation is significantly greater than a typical P&C; role. As a result, this role has been developed to:

- Shape strategy (not just process)
- Own high-impact recruitment
- Build and enhance ways of working (not just maintain them)
- Have a visible impact
- Grow alongside our businesses growth

As our BP of Talent, you'll do things like:

1. Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior and business-critical roles.
2. Build proactive talent pipelines for future workforce needs.
3. Create meaningful partnerships with universities, hospitality schools and industry networks.
4. Bring our employer brand to life across LinkedIn, SEEK, Indeed,



Glassdoor and other talent channels.
5. Deliver onboarding and orientation programs that set new team members up for success.
6. Coordinate and enhance talent development initiatives including Fast-Track and Rising Talent programs.
7. Partner with leaders to improve hiring quality, workforce capability and succession planning.
8. Support exciting new hotel openings across Australia.

Amongst some other talent-related generalist responsibilities.

You'll work closely with our CEO, COO, Hotel Managers and senior leaders, giving you the opportunity to truly immersively partner with our business, influence decisions and see the direct results of your work.

You

You'll bring experience in a hotel (ideally) or hospitality P&C; role that has been generalist in nature, has required fast-paced decision-making, and recruitment of roles at all levels within the business. Balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution excites you, and you'll be hungry for the opportunity to step into a national role and business that is continually growing and evolving.

You'll have:

- A commercial mindset and confidence partnering with senior leaders.
- Experience building talent pipelines and employer branding initiatives.
- A genuine desire to create meaningful impact within a growing business.
- A love for working in the office where you can truly keep a finger on the pulse of business change and culture.
- Be excited by occasional work travel to hotels nationally (for new hotel openings and for site tours as part of your onboarding)
