About the role
Casual positions are available in BP Summer Hill. Successful candidates must be work onsite, and be willing to work over night shifts.
24-38 hours are available for all positions, where payment will be issued as Casual rates (Weekend and Public Holiday loading apply).
Console operator duties vary but will consist primarily of:
- Customer service
- Daily cleaning between forecourt and inside the shop
- Refilling of shop stock
- Daily communication between managers and staff members
- Up-selling and support of promotional activity.
- Food handling and preparation, maintaining food safety and hygiene practices.
Skills and experience
Experience:
- Experience as a console operations in service stations is preferred.
- Customer service experience.
Skills:
- Fast learner
- Cooperative
- Flexible
- Positive communicator - between staff members and senior staff
- Physical fitness
- Extrovert personality
- Confident in serving customers in a clear and loud voice.
- Fluent in English language (spoken).
