Summary

As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will play an important role in delivering exceptional guest experiences across our food and beverage outlets. From our restaurants and cocktail bar to poolside service and events, you will help create memorable experiences through attentive service, a genuine passion for hospitality and a commitment to high standards.

Responsibilities

- Deliver friendly, attentive and professional food and beverage service across our restaurants, bars, poolside areas and events.

- Take orders, operate the POS system and maintain a strong knowledge of menus, wine lists and beverage offerings to assist guests with recommendations.

- Assist with the setup, pack-down and presentation of service areas, ensuring cleanliness and organisation are maintained to Jackalope’s standards.

- Respond to guest enquiries and requests promptly, working collaboratively with the wider team to deliver memorable experiences.

- Follow food safety,



responsible service of alcohol and workplace health and safety requirements, and assist across different Food & Beverage outlets as required.

About you

- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.

- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is advantageous, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Solid communication skills, attention to detail and a professional, approachable manner.

- A team player who can take initiative, manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays, with a current and valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.
