The Opportunity

With the official opening fast approaching, we're looking for enthusiastic and service-driven Club Attendants to join our team and help deliver an outstanding experience for every member and guest.

Reporting to the Duty Manager, this is a hands-on, customer-facing role where no two days are the same. You'll work across a range of club operations, delivering warm, genuine service and helping create the welcoming, premium experience Sharks Leagues is known for.

From welcoming members at reception and serving food and beverages to supporting events and assisting guests in our gaming room, you'll play an important role in bringing the new Sharks Leagues experience to life.

About You

You're passionate about hospitality and enjoy making every guest feel welcome. Friendly, approachable and professional, you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy the variety that comes with working in a busy club.

You're a team player who takes pride in delivering exceptional service, pays attention to the details and is always ready to lend a hand. You bring a positive attitude, reliability and enthusiasm to every shift.

Most importantly, you're excited by the opportunity to be part of a new chapter for Sharks Leagues and help create memorable experiences for our members and guests from opening day and beyond.

What You'll Bring

- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service or reception.

- Current RSA and RCG certifications.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.

- The ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced workplace.

- A commitment to high standards of service and presentation.

- Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

- ARCG and First Aid training are desirable.
