Project Supervisor – Electrical & Technology

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Supervisor to join our Sydney team.

This is a hands-on role responsible for supervising the day-to-day delivery of electrical and technology projects, coordinating site activities, trades and subcontractors, and ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, on time and to a high standard.

Working closely with Project Managers and internal teams, you will play a key role in keeping projects moving, resolving site issues and ensuring our quality and safety standards are maintained throughout delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise the day-to-day delivery of electrical and technology projects

- Coordinate electricians, technicians, subcontractors and suppliers across project sites

- Plan and monitor daily and weekly site activities in line with project programmes

- Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and to required quality standards

- Monitor site progress and escalate programme, resourcing or delivery issues to the Project Manager

- Conduct site inspections and ensure workmanship meets project specifications and requirements

- Ensure compliance with WHS requirements, Australian Standards, project specifications and company procedures

- Coordinate materials, equipment and site resources to support project delivery

- Liaise professionally with clients, builders, contractors and other project stakeholders





- Manage site documentation, variations and project records as required

- Assist with testing, commissioning, defects and project handover

- Support the Project Manager with project planning, reporting and overall delivery

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- Previous experience as a Project Supervisor, Site Supervisor or Leading Hand within the electrical, communications or technology sector

- Strong practical knowledge of electrical installation and project delivery

- Experience supervising tradespeople and subcontractors

- Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications and project documentation

- Strong understanding of WHS requirements and safe work practices

- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage competing site priorities

- Strong communication skills and the confidence to deal with clients, contractors and internal teams

- A practical, solutions-focused approach to resolving site issues

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a broader project team

- Relevant electrical trade qualifications highly regarded

- Current electrical licence and construction industry White Card, where applicable

- Current Australian driver licence
