About the role

Greenwood Forest Glen is seeking an empathetic, relationship-focused Sales Executive to join our team on a part-time basis at our over 50's lifestyle village in Forest Glen on the Sunshine Coast. This role is focused on managing re-sales within our established village. You will play a vital role in building and nurturing strong relationships with our current homeowners to secure re-sale listings, while seamlessly guiding prospective buyers through the journey of purchasing their home and joining our community.

Key responsibilities

- Actively engage and build trust with current homeowners, positioning Greenwood Forest Glen as their preferred agent when they decide to sell

- Manage the re-sales listing process end-to-end, including home appraisals, listing agreements, photo coordination, and vendor communications

- Respond to buyer inquiries, present available pre-owned homes, and host welcoming, personalized village tours

- Guide both vendors and prospective buyers through the contract, deposit, and settlement process with transparency, care, and transparent communication

- Organize and run open home inspections, information sessions, and represent the village at local community events





- Work closely with the Community Manager to ensure seamless transitions for outgoing sellers and incoming residents, and cover the Community Manager role during periods of absence

About you

- Proven track record in residential sales, land-lease/over 50s living, or real estate listings and sales

- Exceptional interpersonal and listening skills with genuine empathy for homeowners and prospective buyers

- Strong ability to build trust and long-term relationships within a close-knit community environment

- Self-motivated and organized, with the flexibility to thrive in a part-time schedule

- Proficiency with sales CRMs, digital tools, and the Microsoft Office suite
