Service and Operations Manager

About this role

- Experience required: solid background in managing service operations, leading teams, and improving processes.
- Salary range: approximately $75,000 to $85,000 per annum.
- Location: western Sydney region.

Key responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day activities of service and warehouse teams across various sites.
- Provide leadership and guidance to ensure service tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.
- Address complex customer and stakeholder issues with professionalism and effective solutions.
- Organise and schedule service work, maintaining high-quality customer experience standards.
- Cultivate strong working relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with policies, safety, and operational protocols.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation timely.
- Identify and implement strategies for operational improvements.
- Work collaboratively with teams in other regions to standardise service practices.
- Keep management informed with regular operational updates and escalate issues as needed.
- Perform additional duties as required to support operational objectives.
