About the Role

BRAUMS Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Product and Project Manager – Parking

Guidance Systems to lead the strategic planning, development, implementation, and

lifecycle management of the company's parking guidance products and associated

projects.

The role is responsible for coordinating product strategy, project delivery, stakeholder

engagement, operational processes, and business improvement initiatives to ensure

successful deployment of intelligent parking solutions across Australia.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day planning and coordination of the production, assembly,

configuration, and deployment of Parking Guidance Systems to ensure projects are

delivered efficiently and in accordance with client requirements.

• Develop operational plans and allocate labour, materials, equipment, and technical

resources to meet production schedules and project deadlines.

• Oversee manufacturing and assembly activities, ensuring products meet company

quality standards, technical specifications, and customer expectations.

• Monitor operational performance, production efficiency, and project costs, identifying

opportunities to improve productivity,



reduce waste, and enhance profitability.

• Work closely with engineering, procurement, installation, and technical support teams

to ensure seamless delivery of products and services across all project stages.

• Manage production schedules and workflow priorities to ensure the timely supply and

deployment of parking guidance equipment and system components.

• Coordinate testing, commissioning, and quality assurance activities to ensure all

products and systems perform reliably before installation and handover.

• Evaluate existing operational processes and introduce improvements to enhance

manufacturing efficiency, product quality, and overall business performance.

• Oversee the procurement, utilisation, maintenance, and upgrading of production

equipment, tools, and technology used in manufacturing and assembly operations.

• Prepare and review operational reports, production forecasts, performance metrics, and

project status updates for senior management.

• Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and clients regarding production requirements,

delivery schedules, technical specifications, and project outcomes.

• Ensure workplace health and safety requirements are implemented and maintained

across production, warehouse, and installation activities.

• Provide leadership, guidance, and performance management to production, assembly,

and operational staff to support productivity, quality outcomes, and continuous

improvement initiatives.

• Support the development and introduction of recent products, technologies, and

operational practices that strengthen the company's market position and service

capabilities.
