Synergie Australia is seeking experienced MR Truck Drivers / Vacuum Truck Operators for an early morning shift role based in Laverton North, working with a leading Australian waste management and recycling company. The role involves collecting used cooking oil from customer sites and requires someone who enjoys hands-on, physical work.
About the role:
- Monday to Friday – 8-hour shifts
- Early starts: 3:00am (LR Truck) or 4:00am (MR Truck)
- $45.63 per hour plus OT and superannuation
- Weekend work and overtime opportunities available
What you will be required to do:
- Operate MR or LR vacuum trucks to collect used cooking oil from customer sites.
- Safely load, collect and transport used cooking oil.
- Perform physical labouring duties associated with oil collection.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and safety checks.
- Provide professional customer service while attending client sites.
- Be physically fit and comfortable performing hands-on manual labour.
- Be reliable, punctual and available for early morning starts.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Be self-motivated, safety-conscious and able to work independently.
- Have full Australian working rights and reliable transport.
