Event Crew & Operations Staff – F3 Polo Sydney ?✨
Location: Centennial Parklands (Moore Park), Sydney
Dates: Tuesday, November 10th – Sunday, November 16th (1 Week Duration)
Pay Rate: $36.81 – $58.90 per hour (Penalty rates apply for weekend shifts)

We are seeking energetic, reliable, and hardworking crew members to support event setup, operations, ticketing, and guest experience throughout the week.

Shift Breakdown & Duties
- Tuesday, Nov 10 – Friday, Nov 13 | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (8 hrs/day)
- Pay Rate: $36.81/hr
- Duties: Marquee infrastructure setup, installing fencing, moving furniture, setting up umbrellas, erecting signage, and general site bump-in/setup.
- Saturday, Nov 14 (Two Shifts Available)
- Shift 1 (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM): Site setup, ticketing assistance, and goal judging.
- Shift 2 (11:30 AM – 7:00 PM): Ticketing gate management and general event support.
- Pay Rate: $36.81/hr (First 6 hours)
| $44.18/hr (Remaining 2 hours)
- Sunday, Nov 15 | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (8 hrs)
- Duties: Event support, guest assistance, and site breakdown/bump-out.
- Pay Rate: $44.18/hr (First hour) | $58.90/hr (Remaining 7 hours)
- Who We’re Looking For
- Physically fit & energetic: Comfortable with active outdoor work, heavy lifting, and manual setup (especially for setup days).
- Punctual & reliable: Committed to attending scheduled shifts on time.
- Friendly & qualified: Excellent customer service skills for ticketing and guest interaction roles on event days.
- Team players: Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
