We're partnering with a market-leading organisation in the equipment hire and industrial solutions sector to recruit an experienced and commercially driven Regional Sales Manager in Western Australia.

With an established presence across Australia and a strong reputation within the construction, infrastructure and industrial markets, this business is looking for a passionate sales leader who knows how to drive results, develop high-performing teams and build long-term customer relationships.

The opportunity:

- Leading, coaching and developing a team of Account Managers, Product Specialists and Major Project Managers to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Driving revenue growth, profitability and market share across the Western Australian region.
- Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to maximise new business opportunities and growth within existing accounts.
- Spending significant time in the field, supporting your team in customer meetings, major account development and new business acquisition.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers across construction, infrastructure, industrial and related sectors.
- Identifying upcoming major projects and commercial opportunities to strengthen the regional sales pipeline.
- Driving a high-performance sales culture focused on accountability, collaboration and delivering results.

Ideally, you'll bring:

- Proven experience in a Regional Sales Manager, State Sales Manager, Sales Manager or similar sales leadership position.
- A demonstrated track record of leading, coaching and developing successful sales teams.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience driving revenue growth, market share and new business development.
- Experience within equipment hire, construction, infrastructure, industrial products, capital equipment or related sectors.




- A hands-on leadership style with a genuine willingness to get out in the field and support your team.
- Strong relationship management skills and the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience developing and executing strategic sales plans across a geographical region.
