We are looking for an experienced Practice Manager to join an established dental clinic in Orange, NSW.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills who enjoys managing a team and is confident working in a busy environment.

About the role:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of a 3-chair dental practice
- Lead and support the team to ensure smooth clinic operations
- Manage staff, scheduling and patient experience
- Handle day-to-day challenges and ensure the practice runs efficiently

About you:

- Previous management or team leadership experience is essential
- Strong personality with confidence to lead a team
- Resilient, organised and a good problem solver
- Excellent communication and people management skills
- Dental or medical practice experience would be an advantage,



but is not essential
- Managers from other industries, including retail, are encouraged to apply
