Help us build one of Australia's most recognised paediatric healthcare brands. This isn't a typical marketing role.
We're not looking for someone to schedule social media posts. We're looking for someone who sees stories where everyone else sees ordinary moments. Someone who instinctively knows how to stop people scrolling. Someone who loves turning ideas into beautiful, engaging content. We're about to launch an exciting new chapter.
Two established allied health organisations are coming together to create a current national brand supporting children and families across Australia. Rather than outsourcing our marketing, we're building an in-house creative function and we're looking for the right person to help shape it from day one.
If you've ever wanted the opportunity to build a brand instead of simply creating content for one, this could be the role you've been waiting for.
What you'll be doing
No two weeks will look the same. One day you might be filming therapists helping a child achieve an incredible milestone. The next you could be creating a recruitment campaign, producing launch content for a new clinic, interviewing clinicians, editing a reel, photographing an event or developing creative ideas for our next paid campaign.
You'll work closely with our leadership team to bring our brand to life through engaging visual storytelling across multiple platforms.
You'll have genuine creative ownership and the opportunity to influence how thousands of parents, clinicians and referrers experience our brand.
We're looking for someone who...
- Has exceptional video filming and editing skills.
- Creates content that people genuinely stop to watch.
- Has a great eye for design, composition and storytelling.
- Can create polished, professional content that reflects a premium brand.
- Understands the difference between content that looks good and content that drives action.
- Is naturally curious and enjoys learning about new industries.
- Can confidently interview, direct and coach people on camera.
- Loves experimenting with new ideas, AI tools and creative techniques.
- Is organised enough to manage multiple projects at once.
- Enjoys both thinking creatively and analysing what actually performs.
- Bonus points if you have experience with
- Meta advertising
- LinkedIn content
- Photography
- Motion graphics
- Brand launches
- Healthcare, education or purpose-driven organisations
What you'll get
- Approximately 6 hours per week with flexibility.
- The opportunity to help launch a new national brand from the ground up.
- Creative freedom to test ideas and make an impact.
- Access to real stories that genuinely change lives.
- A collaborative leadership team that values creativity and innovation.
- The chance to build something meaningful rather than simply producing content.
This role probably isn't for you if...
- You prefer scheduling posts over creating them.
- You rely heavily on templates for your work.
- You enjoy maintaining brands more than building them.
- You don't enjoy being behind a camera.
- You're uncomfortable giving creative direction to others.
How to apply
Please don't just send us your CV. We'd love to see your work. Include:
- Your CV

- A short note telling us about the piece of work you're most proud of and why.
- A brief explanation of what you personally contributed to each project.
We care far more about the quality of your work, your creativity and your curiosity than where you've worked previously.
