Rodd & Gunn and The Lodge Group are looking for an organised, hands-on Marketing Campaign Manager to bring campaigns, collaborations and creative projects to life across our retail and hospitality businesses.

Working with our Executive GM Brand & Marketing, you’ll take approved ideas and turn them into action - from retail sales campaigns and photoshoots to hospitality activations, brand partnerships and media placements. You’ll lead two marketing team members and work with our talented in-house creative, content, digital and events teams to make sure the details come together.

What you’ll do

- Own campaign and project delivery from brief to rollout, keeping timelines, budgets and deliverables on track.

- Coordinate seasonal campaigns, sales promotions, photoshoots, launches and venue activations.

- Brief internal teams and manage creative assets, production schedules, approvals and external suppliers.

- Coordinate media buying, placements and expenditure within approved budgets.

- Manage the rollout of brand collaborations, partnerships and activations.

- Oversee external marketing partners, including PR agencies, ensuring briefs, deliverables and timelines are managed effectively.

- Lead,



coach and develop our Marketing Communications Specialist and Marketing Coordinator.

What you’ll bring

- 5+ years' experience in marketing campaigns, marketing project management or creative production.

- A proven track record of delivering multiple campaigns and projects with exceptional attention to detail.

- Genuine experience managing, coaching and developing people.

- Experience managing external marketing agencies or partners, including briefing and overseeing deliverables.

- Confidence working with creative teams, media partners, suppliers and senior stakeholders.

- Solid organisational skills, commercial awareness and a practical, solutions-focused approach.

- Experience in fashion, premium retail, lifestyle or hospitality will be highly regarded.
