Design & Build are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a well established Geelong-based builder specialising in the bespoke residential sector.

Our client has been successfully in operation for over a decade, building an excellent reputation for the level of quality they deliver in each project. Their primary focus is on high-end residential builds, delivering stunning one of a kind homes where every detail matters. With a strong pipeline of upcoming work and several projects already underway, they’re looking to expand their team with a like-minded professional.

Key Responsibilities:





- Overseeing the construction of high-end homes and managing all on-site activities
- Working closely with the Project Manager who handles the overall program
- Keeping the build on track, on budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Leading a team and coordinating trusted subcontractors
- Utilising various construction systems on a daily basis

Requirements:

- Proven experience delivering multiple high-end residential projects valued $4m+
- Excellent communication skills with ability to lead an internal team and liaise with clients and stakeholders
- Confident using construction management systems and documentation software
- A keen eye for detail and commitment to high-quality finishes
- Strong time management and leadership ability
