We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Offset Printers Assistant to join the team at Spectra Litho in Bayswater North, VIC. This full time role is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in the printing and publishing industry and contribute to the day-to-day operations of our organisation.
What you'll be doing
- Assisting with the operation and maintenance of our Lithrone 640
- Assisting with preparing and setting up printing press for production runs
- Ensuring a clean and organised work environment
- Supporting the wider production team as required
What we're looking for
- Some experience in a printing or manufacturing environment, preferably in an offset printing role
- Knowledge of printing equipment, materials, and processes
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills in other areas when required
