You will manage a ~600-lot portfolio, chair AGMs and committee meetings, oversee budgeting and levy invoicing, coordinate maintenance, and enforce by-laws.Enjoy 2–3 days work from home, a dedicated assistant, and excellent career development prospects.
Robust knowledge of NSW strata legislation and a proven track record in stakeholder management are essential.
