We advise on M&A;, corporate law, structured finance, property, financial services regulation, and domestic and cross-border investment, with a particular focus on Asia-related matters.
Our clients work across a range of industries, currently including renewable energy, property and FMCG.The roleAs our team grows, we are looking for a corporate and commercial lawyer with 2 to 3 years' post-qualification experience.
You will report directly to the principal and work alongside and assist our senior lawyers on a broad range of matters, with direct client contact and responsibility that grows with your experience.
The work includes:share and asset acquisitions and disposals, including due diligence and completionloan and security documents and structured financecommercial contracts, including distribution, franchise and supply agreementsfinancial services regulation,



including AFSL and AML/CTF complianceproperty transactions and leasingcorporate governance and company law adviceAbout youAdmitted in Australia, with 2 to 3 years' post-qualification experience in corporate and commercial practiceA current NSW practising certificate (with or without the supervised legal practice condition)Sound drafting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage several matters at onceClear communication and a genuine interest in commercial outcomes for clientsComfortable working with up-to-date legal technology, including AI-assisted workflowsFull working rights in AustraliaWhat we offerA market market-competitive salary plus superannuation, depending on experienceDirect reporting to the principal and close mentoring from senior lawyers, rather than a large-firm hierarchyA wide-ranging cross-border practice across several industries, in a team that is growingA Sydney CBD office, with hybrid working arrangements
