The Sails Motel is a recently renovated 22 room boutique motel located in the heart of Brunswick Heads.We are seeking a motivated candidate to join our front desk and guest services team.The applicant would require availability over weekends, weekdays and weeknights with flexibility on shifts.As the first point of contact for The Sails you have the following qualitiesPrevious experience in front of house or hotel/motel hospitalityInitiative and a outstanding attention to detailProficiency with computers, preferably macA well groomed and qualified appearanceA positive focus with a passion for the hospitality industryConfidence to work independently & without supervisionThe ability to problem solve ,



multi task & remain calm and friendly under pressurePreferred:Availability for rotating casual shifts ranging from mid morning into early evenings with a flexible attitudeRSADuties include:Guest relations including check in & check outReservations by phone, email & in personMonitoring email inbox & phone enquiriesProcessing deposits & payments and managing the motels booking systemMonitoring external and internal booking site's administrative and communication capabilitiesOverseeing Housekeeping staff and daily room inspections and assisting cleaning team from time to time when required.Provide valuable customer relations at all timesMaintaining reception, bar, & pool areasBe careful - Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
