A well-regarded engineering and advisory consultancy is looking for an experienced Hydraulic Digital Skilled to join its Brisbane team.
If you enjoy combining hydraulic engineering expertise with digital delivery, this role puts you at the centre of how projects are designed and delivered.You will join a nationally connected team working on complex projects across Defence, Health, Education and Infrastructure.
Sitting at the intersection of hydraulic design and BIM, you will support high-quality outcomes through model-led delivery and coordination, while helping to strengthen the firm's digital capability across the country.What you will be doingDelivering hydraulic designs using a model-led BIM approachDeveloping and managing Revit models and digital documentationSupporting the design of hydraulic systems, including water, sewer, stormwater and drainage servicesCoordinating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve fully integrated BIM deliveryCarrying out clash detection, model reviews and coordination workshopsContributing to digital standards, workflows and continuous improvement initiativesWorking closely with engineers,



clients and contractors to deliver project outcomesMentoring and supporting junior team members in BIM and digital delivery practicesAttending project meetings and site inspections, and contributing to project reportingChampioning best-practice digital engineering and modelling across projectsAbout youBuilding services hydraulic experience, ideally 5 or more yearsStrong capability in Revit and BIM workflowsA solid understanding of Level of Detail (LOD), coordination processes and digital delivery standardsKnowledge of Australian Standards, the NCC (BCA) and hydraulic services requirementsA genuine interest in bridging the gap between engineering design and digital modellingClear communication across teams, disciplines and project stakeholdersA proactive, detail-focused approach and a commitment to high-quality outcomesCuriosity, initiative and a continuous improvement mindsetAustralian citizenship is required for this roleThis is a team-oriented, relationship-driven consultancy where curiosity is backed, initiative is supported and growth is expected.
