This role involves:Drafting and preparing legal documents and correspondenceMonthly billingAssisting with managing family law filesLiaising with clients, courts and external stakeholdersAssisting with diary and calendar management, including scheduling appointments and court datesProviding general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the practiceFiling documents on the CommCourts PortalWe are looking for someone who has previous experience in a similar role, who is able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, who is hard working, qualified, has a can do attitude and enjoys helping people through a difficult time.
