MacKellar Group is seeking an experienced maintenance leader to own day-to-day activities across our Liebherr excavator fleet.
This hands-on supervisory role focuses on secure, effective, and cost-conscious outcomes while ensuring reporting is completed accurately.You will guide fitters, set safety and performance expectations, and support a high-quality maintenance and repair program on site in Queensland.
This is a leadership role with a robust emphasis on teamwork and continuous improvement.
