Succeed Consultancy is a dynamic and growing company providing business management, finance and consultancy services to early childhood education providers across NSW and ACT.We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Part Time Bookkeeper & Payroll Officer Monday to Wednesday.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with bookkeeping experience who enjoys payroll and is looking for a long-term career with a supportive and growing organisation.Working closely with our experienced Accounts Manager, you'll play an key role in the day-to-day finance operations while receiving ongoing training and mentoring.
Payroll is a significant part of this role, so previous end-to-end payroll experience is highly regarded, however we are happy to provide training to the right person.If you're looking for a workplace where you'll be valued, supported and given opportunities to grow, we'd love to hear from you.About the RoleYour responsibilities will include:Processing weekly and fortnightly payrollsAssisting with payroll tax,



superannuation and WorkCover requirementsManaging accounts payable and receivableCompleting daily and monthly bank reconciliationsProcessing journals and maintaining accurate financial recordsAssisting with month-end reporting and reconciliationsSupporting the Accounts Manager with general finance administrationWorking collaboratively with our finance and consultancy teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operationsAbout YouWe're looking for someone who has:Previous experience in a bookkeeping role with exposure to end-to-end payrollExperience using MYOB and/or XeroStrong Microsoft Office skills, particularly ExcelExcellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracyStrong organisational and time management skillsThe ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlinesExcellent communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitudeThe ability to work independently while also enjoying being part of a cooperative teamDesirable but not essential:Experience within the childcare or education sectorExperience with Kinderm8 or OWNAWhat We OfferFlexible work arrangements- work from home opportunitiesA supportive and friendly team environmentOngoing training and qualified developmentA varied role with opportunities to expand your skillsLong-term career opportunities within a growing organisationThe chance to make a real contribution to a business that supports early childhood education providers
