What We're Looking For in You:
Cert III or IV in Aged Care or Individual Support (Ageing)
RecentNational Police Check (issued within 12 months)
Genuine empathy that shines through your care
Solid communication and leadership skills

Whole-person awareness (physical, social, emotional)
Excellent time management and tech skills

About the Role:
Provide daily personal care and support to residents
Keep accurate records and documentation
Communicate professionally with residents, families, and staff
Maintain privacy and handle feedback or changes sensitively
