Design & Build is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a large housing estate development of townhouses and single dwellings in Melbourne's North-West region.
You will manage civil works through to handover, coordinating trades, materials and schedule on a single site while liaising with estimators and drafters to resolve in office issues.The role calls for hands-on site leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to work Monday to Friday on one project.
