You will engage with debtors, follow up on invoices and help improve collections outcomes, acting as an extension of our customers' accounts receivable teams.You'll manage a portfolio, navigate disputes, document outcomes, and collaborate with Product, Implementation and Sales teams to enhance service delivery.
