They are seeking a the Practice Manager to take responsibility for managing systems, workflow and capacity.
This is a key role which will provide you with genuine ownership and influence across the business and it's operation.
It could also be suited to a senior level Administrator.The RoleYou will work across the business in a number of key areas.
Your main focus will be:Managing workflowAllocating work across the teamManaging the client processManaging the lodgement processManaging and assessing weekly reportingAssessing and implementation of process improvementsManage WIP and debtorsProviding support to Director when requiredAbout YouIdeally you will have at least 5 years of experience working in the public practice accounting sector within Australia.
You will be confident, focussed and have solid managerial abilities.
You will also have:Experience using XeroA background in implementing current systems and processesA passion for system improvement and automationAbility to meet competing deadlinesAbility to work as part of a small tight knit team
