Logan Hospital is seeking a motivated recent graduate Dietitian to join the Nutrition and Dietetics team.
You will deliver nutrition assessments and interventions across acute, sub-acute and ambulatory settings, supporting secure, evidence-based, patient-centred care under experienced mentors.You will manage a caseload, develop clinical judgement and time management while collaborating with patients, families and the wider multidisciplinary team.
