Breakthru, part of the Royal Rehab Group, is seeking a casual Community Disability Support Worker in Atherton to support clients in homes, workplaces and community settings.You'll assist with daily living, attend activities, provide transport help, meal prep and easy in-home supports, with weekend availability and occasional sleepovers at SIL.
