You will oversee approximately 80 community-based Support Workers, with an Assistant Team Leader structure, focusing on building an engaged, capable and accountable workforce delivering secure, high-standard services.Successful applicants will bring proven leadership, experience in aged care or disability services, and a Diploma or equivalent qualification.
