Healthscope Independence Services (HIS) in Victoria seeks a passionate Disability Support Worker to provide high-quality care within our Supported Independent Living (SIL) services.
You will support clients with daily living, personal care, meal prep, and community activities, following individual support plans and documenting progress.A Certificate IV in Disability or related field and at least 1 year of experience are required.
