You will assist chefs across sections, support high-quality dish preparation, and work with seasonal Australian produce in a rapid-paced, fine-dining setting.You will benefit from mentorship, exposure to creative menus, and a supportive, energetic work setting, with remuneration aligned to the Hospitality Industry (General) Award .
