Allura Partners is seeking a finance skilled for a 9–12 month contract to support three live transactions in Brisbane.
You'll manage day-to-day deal workload, liaise with the investment bank, and drive diligence through to close, directly with CEO and CFO in a private equity-backed setting.Ideal candidates have transaction services or financial due diligence experience, with hands-on ownership in small teams and solid analytical skills.
Remote flexibility follows onboarding in Brisbane.
