You should take pride in your store and want to grow beyond a standard retail assistant role.Reporting to our Retail Operations Manager, you'll play a key part in running the store each day.
That means balancing customer service and sales with stock ordering, merchandising and store standards.Key responsibilitiesDelivering friendly, knowledgeable customer service and driving salesPreparing and placing stock orders based on sales, stock levels and targetsMonitoring stock on hand and identifying gaps, top sellers and replenishment needsMaintaining store presentation, merchandising, promotional displays and ticketingReceiving and checking deliveries, processing stock and keeping accurate recordsOpening and closing the store,



cash handling and till reconciliationSupporting and guiding team members on shiftKeeping the store clean, organised and presented to company standardsFollowing company procedures, RSA requirements and workplace policiesAbout youPrevious retail experience (essential); liquor retail highly regardedCurrent Queensland RSA certificate (essential)Experience with stock ordering, inventory or merchandising is an advantageOrganised, detail-focused and confident working independentlyReliable, proactive and a explicit communicator with customers, colleagues and managementKeen to learn and take on more responsibilityFlexible availability across day, night and weekend shifts, including Fridays, Saturdays and SundaysBe careful - Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
