ATS Rehab is seeking a warm and organised part time Allied Health Receptionist to join our growing team in Brisbane 3 to 4 days a week.
While our main office is located in Greenslopes, this role will primarily be based at our Springfield and Greenslopes locations.
As a multi-location practice, occasional coverage at our Beenleigh and Chermside offices will also be required.
You will play a crucial role in our practice by delivering outstanding customer service and providing essential administrative support to both our allied health practitioners and patients.Key responsibilitiesWarmly and professionally welcome patients upon arrivalEfficiently manage appointment scheduling, patient records, and enquiries via phone, email and in personSupport financial processes, including billing and invoicingHandle general administrative tasks, including filing and data entryEnsure reception and patient waiting areas are clean, tidy, and well-organisedProvide general administrative assistance to the allied health teamHandle opening and closing responsibilities (standard office hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM,
