CHEP is seeking a hands-on Shift Supervisor - Night Shift (9PM-8AM) for the Eastern Creek site in Sydney.
You'll lead from the floor, coaching the team to sustain safety, quality and productivity while upholding high standards.You'll spend *% on the floor, empowering frontline colleagues, building trust and driving secure, effective operations across the night shift.
This role offers autonomy and a visible leadership path within CHEP's crucial Sydney operations.
