The Salvation Army in West Melbourne, VIC, is seeking a Case Manager to support residents at The Open Door and Flagstaff housing facilities.
You will provide person-centred, trauma-informed case management, develop tailored plans, and advocate for housing, health, legal and community supports.Reporting to the Team Leader, this fixed-term full time role offers SCHADS Award Level 5 pay, hourly rate of AU$–$ plus super, and access to salary packaging and leave entitlements.
