It needs a Senior FP&A; Manager who can tell the CFO and Investment Committee what is changing in the portfolio before anyone asks.
The job is not to produce the forecast.
The job is to make it right, explain why it moved, and show what the business should do next.THE ROLELead budgeting and reforecasting across the fund and its assets, built from the asset level upOwn the fund financial model: cash flow, distributions, debt, hedging and covenant forecastingDeliver monthly management, Board and Investment Committee reporting, explaining movements in NOI, occupancy, leasing, WALE, capex and valuationsProvide financial modelling and analysis for acquisitions,



divestments, developments and capital raisingsRun scenario analysis on gearing, hedging, capital recycling and distribution policyContribute finance input to investor and lender reportingImprove FP&A; processes, systems and reporting as the fund growsABOUT YOUCA or CPA qualified (or equivalent)Experience in FP&A;, commercial finance or senior finance business partneringStrong financial modelling, budgeting and forecasting skillsReal estate, property, funds management or infrastructure experience is a solid advantage but not essentialConfidence presenting to Boards, Investment Committees and senior executives
