Suitable candidates should be caring, reliable, respectful, and comfortable working in home and community settings.RequirementsMinimum RequirementsSuitable candidates should have:Minimum 1 year of experience in community care, aged care, disability care, or a related support settingCertificate III in Individual Support, Ageing, Disability, or equivalent qualification preferredExperience supporting people with complex or high -care needs is highly desirableCurrent First Aid and CPR certificate, or willingness to obtain oneAbility to pass relevant background and compliance checksValid driver's licence and access to a suitable vehicleAbility to work rostered shifts, including weekends and overnight work where requiredEnglish language evidence may be required, depending on employer and visa requirements
