This permanent, full‐time position offers the prospect to play a pivotal role in enhancing our Claims operations, applying technical claims expertise and ensuring the best outcomes for our valued clients.Key responsibilitiesManaging complex farming insurance claims, across multiple lines of business, ensuring efficient handling from lodgments through to resolution.Reviewing insurance policies, assessment and specialist reports to determine coverage.Establishing indemnity with insured parties, liability with third parties to settle claims within the Achmea Claims Guidelines.Collaborating with external stakeholders such as legal representatives, experts, and service providers to conduct thorough claim evaluations and ensure comprehensive resolutions.Evaluating claim complexities, utilising advanced technical knowledge to resolve issues and determine suitable settlements, while maintaining compliance with policies and legal standards.Managing complains and disputes in a skilled manner.Achieve monthly productivity levels as designated by the business.About youTechnically solid,



experienced claims specialist with deep insurance knowledge and a client centric mindset.Minimum 5+ years of experience in General Insurance claims, specifically across motor claims, commercial property and Liability claims (preferred).
Thorough knowledge of general insurance at a Tier-2 level.Relevant qualifications, such as a Diploma in General Insurance (preferred) or ASIC RG146 (desirable and provided on the job).
