Location: Sydney CBD | 3 days work from homeHours: Monday-Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm | Solid work-life balanceSalary:$90,000 - $110,000 + Super + BonusFull Time, Permanent (Permanent Residents and Citizens)
The Role
As a Commercial Property Claims Manager, your duties will include, but are not limited to:
Confidently manage a variety of complex claims, focussing on commercial property.
Wider lines included such as CAT related claims, Business Pack and ISRConduct liability assessment, reserve management and evaluate recoveriesOversee accounts with the responsibility of invoices, settlement processes and managing fundsDevelop solid connections with clients such as: brokers, investigators,



loss adjusters and legal professionalsDeliver exceptional service tailored to diverse needsActioning claims quickly and effectively, complying with company standards and SLA requirements.Guarantee compliance with industry regulations, legal mandates, and company policies

To be successful in this role, you will offer:
A minimum of 5 years in insurance claims handling within Commercial Property.
You're confident managing the process from start to finishStrong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritiesYou're adaptable, proactive, and perform well when things move quickly.You possess robust both verbal and written communication.
