Additional hours are available during Vacation Care, and for the right candidate there's also the prospect to take on Educational Leader responsibilities to build your experience.
If you're looking for a position you can grow with, this is it.As 2IC, you'll support the Coordinator in the day-to-day running of the service, lead and mentor educators on the floor, and step up to oversee the service when the Coordinator is away.What you'll be doingSupporting the Coordinator with daily operations, including staffing, programming and compliance with the National Quality FrameworkLeading by example on the floor and guiding educators to deliver a high-quality, play-based programHelping plan and run engaging activities that reflect children's interests and the My Time,
