NTHA Trainees & Apprentices are seeking a motivated Frame & Truss Manufacturing Trainee to join our host employer in Morningside.Our host employer is a leading timber frame and truss manufacturer supplying residential builders across Southeast Queensland.
You'll join a supportive team in a contemporary manufacturing facility, building timber frames and roof trusses used in residential construction.This is a great prospect for someone reliable and eager to learn, with full training, mentoring and support throughout the traineeship.What you'll do:Manufacture timber house frames, wall frames and roof trussesUse saws, hand tools and machinery, with full training providedLoad and prepare timber for machiningRead and interpret basic house plansMeasure and cut timber to required profilesFollow safety procedures and use PPE correctlyMaintain quality standards and minimise wasteWhat we offer:Paid,
