Job DescriptionWe're currently partnering with a well-established organisation based in Cannington that is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join the team on a temp-to-perm basis.

As this is a genuine temp to perm opportunity, you must have full, unlimited work rights to be considered for this roleThe Role:Reporting into a supportive finance team, you'll take ownership of the end-to-end Accounts Payable function across a busy portfolio.
This role will see you processing high volumes daily, while ensuring accuracy, efficiency,



and robust supplier relationships.Your responsibilities will include:End-to-end Accounts Payable processing (high volume)Preparing and reviewing fortnightly payment runsBank and credit card reconciliationsProcessing ad hoc payments and staff reimbursementsManaging supplier queries and resolving invoice discrepanciesMaintaining accurate records and supporting the wider finance team as requiredAbout You:Previous experience in a high-volume AP roleStrong attention to detail and ability to manage competing prioritiesConfident communicator with a proactive approach to problem-solvingComfortable working autonomously and within a team environmentIntermediate Excel skills and exposure to ERP systems preferredAvailable to commence at short noticeWhat's on Offer:Temp-to-perm opportunity with long-term potentialSupportive and collaborative team cultureBusy and diverse role where no two days look the sameCannington location with onsite parking available
