We are looking for a cook who knows breakfast inside out to join our kitchen.You will be running service on your own, so we need someone confident, organised and calm under pressure who does not need someone looking over their shoulder.You will also cook our tapas menu at night.
If you can handle a busy breakfast rush, the night menu will come easily and we will show you the ropes.What you will bring:Solid breakfast experience: eggs every way, a busy brunch rush, consistent platesThe ability to run the kitchen solo, from prep through to close-downWillingness to work both morning and night servicesReliability and a genuine work ethicClean, tidy habits and valuable food safety practicesStrong communication and openness to feedback; owners are hands‐on and work closely with the teamWe treat our team like family and finding the right fit matters to us.
