but not be limited to:AP processing – coding and approvalsPrepare manual cheques as requiredMaintain aged AP and suppliers listManage verification of recent vendors including setting up in the systemStatement reconciliationsBank reconciliationsMore duties can be passed on by broader finance if you show a willingness to lean & grow with the business!
Your BackgroundTo be considered for this Accounts Payable role, you should meet the following criteria:2+ years in an AP Officer positionStrong communication and interpersonal skillsCan work well in a team workplace
