You will manage day-to-day kitchen operations, prepare meals efficiently, and support FOH and BOH duties while maintaining a clean workspace.The role focuses on home-style pasta, sides, and salads with consistency, teamwork, and compliance with safety procedures.
Dinner service Wednesday to Saturday available, with immediate start.
