You'll be the go-to expert for service calls, technical interventions, and customer support, helping deliver an outstanding experience that reflects commitment to quality, reliability, and care.Key responsibilitiesInstall, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain Umano Medical equipment at customer sitesPerform scheduled preventive maintenance and equipment upgradesDiagnose electrical, mechanical, and electronic failuresComplete service reports and documentation accurately and on timeEnsure all work complies with manufacturer specifications and hospital safety requirementsManage service inventory, tools, and replacement partsAbout youMinimum 3 years of field service experience, preferably in medical devices or healthcare equipmentStrong troubleshooting skills in electrical, electronic,
