As our HR Advisor, you'll partner with leaders across Victoria to navigate people challenges, build capacity and support a positive workplace culture.
This hands‐on role offers variety, autonomy and the prospect to influence meaningful outcomes across a growing business.
What you'll be doing:
Partnering with leaders to provide practical HR adviceSupporting employee relations,



investigations and performance mattersCoaching leaders to build confidence in people managementSupporting recruitment, onboarding and retention initiativesInterpreting Awards, legislation and company policiesContributing to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Desired Skills and Experience
We're looking for someone who is passionate about people, enjoys building solid relationships and thrives in a fast‐paced environment.
To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
Experience in a generalist HR Advisor or similar roleStrong knowledge of employee relations, Fair Work legislation and AwardsConfidence managing performance, conduct and workplace investigationsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsThe ability to build trust and influence leaders at all levelsA proactive, solutions‐focused approach with strong commercial judgementThe ability to work autonomously and manage competing prioritiesExperience using HRIS and payroll systemsA willingness to travel regularly across Victoria
