You'll play a key role supporting our recruitment team through candidate onboarding, contract processing and high-volume administration.At Spinifex, you'll enjoy a busy, supportive working workplace with a positive bit of banter, where hard work is valued, successes are celebrated, and no two days are the same.Key Responsibilities:Preparing and processing employment contracts and onboarding documentationManaging candidate records and maintaining recruitment databasesProviding exceptional customer service to candidates, clients,



and employeesSupporting recruiters with administrative and coordination tasksManaging a high volume of work while maintaining accuracy and attention to detailUsing Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word and Excel, to support daily operationsAbout You:Solid administration and organisational skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word and ExcelTech-savvy and confident learning new systems and softwareCustomer-focused with excellent communication skillsAble to multitask and thrive in a high-volume environmentEnjoys working as part of a team-oriented team and contributing to a positive workplace culturePrevious recruitment, HR or administration experience is desirable but not essentialIf you're looking for an opportunity to build a rewarding career with a supportive and growing team, we'd love to hear from you.
